About the Founder

Ozgur Orhon graduated in Civil Engineering in 1994 from Yıldız Technical University Civil Engineering Faculty and completed his Master's Degree in Occupational and Environmental Health and Safety Management at the University of Portsmouth. 

Orhon worked for the first 10 years of his career as a civil engineer and project manager in prestigious construction projects. Between 2003 and 2017, he worked as an Occupational Health Safety and Environmental engineer and manager in reputable companies such as Worley Parsons Energy and ENKA in large-scale construction projects in Central Asia, Africa, and the Middle East, especially in the development of oil and natural gas extraction and production sites.

He is an IRCA ( International Register of Certificated Auditors ) registered lead auditor on ISO 45001- ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 standards and  serves as a management systems contract lead auditor for reputable certification companies, as well as running his own consulting business and training activities. 

Orhon, also holds a NEBOSH International Health and Safety Diploma, NEBOSH International Technical Certificate in Oil and Gas Operational Safety and he is a Chartered  member of IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health) ,  a trainer of ''Safe Management'' for IOSH, and  an approved NEBOSH International General Certificate Tutor.

Orhon’s dissertation subject at the University of Portsmouth— “Evaluating the effectiveness of OHSAS 18001 standard in improving the safe use of construction vehicles at four large Turkish construction sites’’ is considered as a single in its field.
